What this website collects, where it goes, and how to turn the counting off.
Last updated November 7, 2026
The short version
- We count visits and taps so we can see what people look for on this site.
- If you send a catering request or job application, we keep what you send so we can get back to you.
- This site runs no ads, and we don't take payments here.
What we count
We use a service called PostHog to count:
- the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or link that brought you here
- taps on Order, Call and Directions, and which map app you choose
- which menu sections you stop on
- what you type into the dish search, and whether it found a match
- that a catering request or job application was sent, but nothing you typed in it
- your device and browser, and roughly what town you're in, worked out from your internet address
PostHog keeps a random ID in your browser's storage, so repeat visits count as one person. It isn't tied to your name, phone or email, and we don't record your screen. PostHog keeps this data in the United States.
This site doesn't set cookies for customers. The only cookie here is the sign-in for the shop's private manager page.
Turning the counting off
Tap No thanks on the notice, or use the button below at any time. We stop counting you in this browser and clear the random ID. Your choice is saved in that browser, so you'd choose again on another device or if you clear your browser's data. The same button turns counting back on.
This site doesn't act on browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, so use this button instead.
Catering requests
When you send a catering request, we get your name, phone, email and event details: the date, time, headcount, pickup or delivery, the food you picked, and any budget, company, address or notes you add. We use it to answer your request. It's saved on the shop's private manager page and emailed to the shop's inbox, and we email you a confirmation.
Job applications
When you apply, we get your name, phone and signature, plus anything else you fill in: email, city, positions, availability, past work, and what you tell us about yourself. We use it to consider you for work here. It's saved on the shop's private manager page and emailed to the shop's inbox.
How it's kept
Catering requests and job applications have no automatic delete date. Gianorio's and the people who run this website can read them. To stop spam, each form also keeps a count tied to your internet address for about an hour.
Who helps us run this
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Google hosts the shop's Gmail inbox.
- PostHog does the counting.

Online orders and gift cards happen on Toast's website, under Toast's own privacy policy. The same goes for our links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and Apple Maps.
